Well it's not rocket science, if you took out the loan on the 15th then you have 14 days to cancel, just add 14 onto 15 for the answer.

which states

 the end of the fourteenth day following the day on which he signed the unexecuted agreement.

so 16th is the first day following, 29th is the 14th day.
