Where to buy Bracknell vs Milton Keynes

Me and my wife decided to buy a house for us to live in. As first time buyers. She really likes Bracknell (Berkshire) and I quite like Milton Keynes and most houses are newer (some cheaper). Our budget is around 300k and will need a mortgage.
My question is where would anyone buy out of these two towns, pros and cons.
Thanks in advance.
Thanks in advance.

Why are they the only options?
Presumably, you both work in central London, so would be commuting?
Where do you live now, where are your various ties?1 -
We currently live in Maidenhead and my wife works here, we always lived W/NW of the M25. Do you have other suggestions? Where? Why?Thanks0

Where are you working in London? The rail journey from Bracknell is very slow with lots of stops taking over an hour compared to that from MK which is half of that. Being able to walk from Waterloo or Euston is much more convenient (and cheaper) than an onward tube journey.

There is no direct route from MK to Maidenhead on public transport and the drive is a nightmare. You'll get stuck in Aylesbury during peak traffic and always behind a horsebox on lots of single carriageway A roads. However, based on the towns alone. I would pick MK everytime. Spacious, green, lots to do, lots of great walks. You would depending on area get 3/4 bed for that money in MK.0
