Partner & I intend to do a day trip to Calais / Adinkerke (Belgium) bulk cigarette / alcohol, I'm confused what Covid forms we're supposed to fill in just for a day trip via Euro tunnel
I know we're expected to quarantine once back in the UK, do we have to quarantine for 14 days in France & Belgium just for a day trip
Thanks in advance for any advice

You would both need to quarantine for 14 days on return, the length of the trip is irrelevant.
You will need to complete the passenger locator form before you arrive back in the UK. https://www.gov.uk/provide-journey-contact-details-before-travel-uk1 -
Thanks for your time and advice tripled

As for when you get to France, there is, as far as I know, nothing stopping you returning to the UK the same day (or the day after)1
