Hi there,

i have been made redundant recently and I have been offered a job with a new company with the same industry. They do not offer the same services and as one works with domestic customer and the other new build. I wanted to see if that would be classed as a competitor and would affect my redundancy.

How could anyone know the terms of your redundnacy??? You need to post them

Enforcing such restrictions would be extremely difficult given you have been made redundant. Did you receive enhanced terms or just statutory minimum?
