homeworking - best way to heat one room?

    If you're only heating one room during the day I'd have a look at these https://www.boilerguide.co.uk/articles/infrared-heating-panels-pros-cons-costs
    My daughter has two in her "office" & she loves them. The gas central heating can be left off & she just uses these when needed, the heat is almost instant when switched on.
    Admittedly more expensive than a "onsie" but more practical I would have thought.
    Not for every situation but worth a look.
    Always try to be at least half the person your dog thinks you are!

    We have one of these, bought it in case the boiler ever packs up. Our electrician recommended it as being economical
