Sky charging for phone calls not made!

Sky are charging me for £132 of phone calls that I have not made. I reported the issue and Sky sent an Broadband engineer out 4 days later who said he wasn’t a telecommunications engineer, and did not check properly. After hours worth of phone calls and stress a month later Sky say I have to pay. I also believe a breach of confidentiality as I have an itemised bill of some else’s phone calls. I have managed to find out who this person was, her account was suspended at the same time of mine due to non payment of her bill. Every time she rang out my phone number came up. Sky refuse to link both these issues and still want £132 from me.... unbelievable. I have been a long term customer of over 10 years and never used my home phone. I will leave Sky and never use their service again.

Have you dialled 17070 from your line and confirmed it’s your number read out to you, or call your mobile from the landline and check it’s the correct number....it could well be your line is crossed and it’s whoever you are crossed with calls that are on your bill ( and your calls on their bill )
