I have a rewards account with both RBS and Natwest, but for some reason I only get emails with the RBS one when I exchange or sent emails about various offers. My preferences are exactly the same on both (as is the registered email address) so im' scratching my head as to how I enable the Natwest one to send me the same 'guff'. Anyone any idea?0

You probably need two different email addresses if you want to receive the guff from both.0

I agree with @colsten - I had issues initially with RBS/NatWest rewards when I had the same email address associated with both accounts. I ended up changing one of them and then most of my issues went away. Might be worth looking into.0

I just wanted to add for information, a weekly DD to Moneybox qualifies and generates the £4 DD reward,2
