Pip query?

So basically I applied for originally failed, but then they phoned me a few weeks later it was a main esser and said shed like to review my claim, long story short, she said she was gunna award me advanced living and mobility and I'd receive the letter shortly, my claim was first made back in June, when can I expect to get paid first??

Many thanks :)

  • Applied for pip*
  • For me I didnt get paid for a while because I forgot to tell them I'd been discharged from hospital so make sure they know your not in hospital ... if your appeals gone through and you've been rewarded I dont think it should take longer than 2 weeks but I'm not entirely sure... worth chasing up x

The only ones that can answer your question is DWP so best thing to do is ring them tomorrow morning when they open.

You may see the payment in your bank account before you get the letter.
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.

Thank you, thought it be longer, if the letters been sent already does that mean a payment is due any day?

    Thanks again

BACS payments take 3-5 working days, from the time they are sent depending on who you bank with.
