Premier Park LTD - BW Legal Letter Of Claim

I have received a letter of claim today from BW Legal and I thought I should start a thread for assistance as court now seems imminent.

The registered keeper of the vehicle received a parking fine from Premier Parking (planet Ice solihull) in November 2019, a ticket was purchased and the keeper stored it in the car as they do on many previous and further visits. The Parking fine came as quite a shock, and upon retrieving the ticket from the car it was clear that some sort of error had occurred at the time of purchasing the ticket, the ticket only displayed 2 incorrect letters and not the full vehicle registration, however the registered keeper is certain that the correct registration was inputted at the time, the same as on many other occasions.
The ticket was appealed by a 3rd party on behalf of the registered keeper, but was denied, the same 3rd party also appealed to Popla but was also unsuccessful.

I have started reading through the newbies thread so the next action will be the following
  • Submit SAR/GDPR request to Premier Parking LTD
  • Contact BW legal and notify them of my SAR request and ask for a 30 day freeze on the claim until I have my data.
I do however have a few questions regarding this.
  • Does anyone know the email address to submit GDPR request to Premier Park LTD as it is blank on the website?
  • if they ask for proof of ID, what can be shown to them?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I posted those email details earlier this week on here , by using the way back machine website

The V5C ideally , or 2 recent redacted copies of utility bills

There is no if , you provide the proof with the SAR , otherwise they will ask for proof under the GDPR law

So you do not wait to be asked , which delays matters , you attach the proof to your SAR email

Your request to put the claim on hold for 30 days is in accordance with the Pre-action protocol for debt claims claims is on the basis that "whilst I deny any debt exists, I am seeking debt advice."
Its normally DPO@Premier ............. but there are several PPCs with similar names; what is the exact name on the PCN.  For ID you submit a scan of the PCN and a scan of your V5C. NOT driving licence or passport.

There are a lot of ridiculous claims doing the rounds.   BWLegal are one of the founders of these.
HOWEVER, in true style no doubt BWL added a further £60.
Apart from reading the newbies thread carefully, have a look to see what the courts do to BWLegal and their unlawful add-ons

@Snyper8, you have mentioned two companies in your opening post - Premier Parking LTD and Premier Park LTD.

It is extremely important to be accurate.

Use this case transcript (NOT the blog!)  in evidence at court stage.  Reply now saying the above and saying their machine printed a well-known machine error code:

You can find the transcript here, don't ask which one!
