Loading Bay PCN

Hi everyone,
I parked in this loading bad outside of restricted hours at 8pm. I was issued with a PCN. Surely the restricted zone sign is indicating the area in front of that sign and not where my vehicle is parked? Any help would be much appreciated, have I got grounds to appeal? Should the restricted zone sign also be on top of the loading only sign too?

Wow, those signs conflict, don't they?!
As this is a Council PCN, you will get best advice on pepipoo on appealing it but quite simply, take this all the way IMHO.

NO HOTMAIL EMAILS ALLOWED THERE. Read a few threads to get the hang of what to show them and tell them which LA issued the PCN and show them BOTH SIDES (YES THE SMALL PRINT ON THE BACK TOO) of the PCN.
