Sky Multiroom mini boxes

I recently negotiated a new Sky deal, which included updating to Sky Q, the engineer comes tomorrow.
Since agreeing to the deal I have thought maybe I can add multiscreen. I was going to just set up a 2nd TV with just the freeview channels, but now thinking I should instead pay for multiscreen.
In my Sky offers/upgrades it is showing multiscreen reduced to £10 a month, which I am happy to pay, however when i choose this option in the next screen it ask how many Sky Q mini boxes, if you choose 1 it shows a one-off charge of £50, there is no way I would take multiscreen if I have to pay for a mini-box & I had thought the first mini-box was included when you take out multi-room. The small print does say 'one off costs apply to view on 2 or more additional TVs', I only want to view on one additional screen so do not expect a charge for the one mini-box. So my question is if I change this option to zero will they still send me a mini-box - is the option that is showing for extra mini-boxes in additional to the first one. It is not clear. Anyone done the upgrade to multiscreen online ?
It seems very difficult to contact Sky as there doesn't seem to be the live chat option & I was reluctant to phone them because of the call charges as my phone/broadband is not with Sky. Any way of contacting them without spending a fortune on a phone call (assuming it takes ages for them to answer) ?

Phoned Sky twice recently on 03337 594 837 and got through without any waiting time.0
