Ribby Hall advice

During the october holidays we were due to leave scotland and spend a week in ribby hall holiday park.
The activities are now heavily reduced and swimming down to 1 session a week.
With the announcements yesterday, we looked at cancelling.
The choices they gave us
A) rebook
gift voucher
Our concern is that a gift voucher would be worthless if they collapse.
As we paid by credit card, are we entitled to claim back with section 75?
Or is there anything else we could do?
