I am genuinely disappointed to hear that you have had a less then pleasurable experience. Even though the voucher does state 'At participating stores only' I would have liked you to be able to redeem your voucher at any of our stores.

Please send me your postal address as I would like to try and rectify the situation.

Expect a £10 gift voucher was worth the bother just to get it, spent the £10 on other items than Coors though lol.

While shopping at Asda this evening, I politely asked the girl at check-out if they take Coors voucher. She asked where I got the coupon from, and then checked with her manager. They took minutes to read carefully the terms and conditions, then decided to accept it. So I got my free beers without traveling app 20 miles to closest BB. Asda is doing a pack of four at 3.50 pounds only, cheaper than BB???

BTW, it was Asda Charlton (London). Be quick if you still have some Coors vouchers left.
