Temporary booking conditions (Disney)

Hi,
This is my first time posting so hoping someone can help. I was looking this morning at booking a trip to Disneyland Paris for early next year through Disney Holidays. All over their website they talk about their ‘zen guarantee’ which allows you to modify or cancel up to 7 days before travel without penalty. I rang up to confirm that this was the case, as it’s not mentioned in the full t&c’s on the payment page and was told these are temporary booking conditions that can be removed any time and would then no longer apply to my booking (I would be subject to the standard cancellation t&c’s). Is that right/legal? It feels very misleading that they can encourage people to book with the safety net of free cancellation but they can remove that option whenever they want.
Any knowledge/advice appreciated! Thanks

I think the person on the phone must have been a little confused - my understanding of this was always that it applies to your booking if you book with the guarantee, but they reserve the right to stop the offer at any time for new bookings.0
