What to declare when hiring a car?? driving licence removed due to mental ill health?

Ive recently been given my driving licence back after having it removed due to mental ill health
Ive got it back for one year and then to see how things pan out?
I dont have me own car but would like to hire one for a few days?
Do Have to declare about loosing it due to mental ill health?
The front of My driving licence says:
4a - 22.05.2020
4b - 21.05.2021
I passed my test 13.02.96
Any thoughts would be appreciated

Not to my knowledge. The DVLA decides on your rights to drive.
Probably best to speak to the hire company in advance if the hire is for a specific occasion

For insurance purposes id say declare everything.0
