Chargeback on Stag do.. too late now?

Hi, me and a few friends purchased a stag do pack from a company for June then, Corona. We were not given a refund, instead we were moved to Sept. Unfortunately, Corona.

New we paid our balances for this stag in February, we a re being refused refunds. One option is to use charge back but I am getting conflicting info, some say you can charge back up to 120 days after payment and others are saying its 120 days after the purchase was supposed to be delivered (the stag do in our case).

Which one is it? (I know that in some cases it could be up to 560 days after but this is in relation to the 120 days statement)

Also, what happens with section 75 if you paid for it in two instalments that were under £100? You paid over £100 for the product but not all at once?

120 days of when you should have travelled.

The 120 days is from the date of service (non-)provision, not payment.

For s75, it's the item value that needs to be over £100.
