As usual needing one per section. Not sure how anyone wins any money at this.... lol
Same issue as with last game though. Top prize winners (if there are any) get all the smaller prizes as well. I think it's great that Quidco run comps like this but feel its a real shame not to spread the wealth a bit further. Fingers crossed Mollux, Ziggy, Winne, Squidco and Inksalot grow a bit so they don't get through the fine mesh in my net.8 -
I've managed to win £1 and £5 so far. Very happy.2

I agree, it seems really unfair that the "big prize" winners will already have won all the other levels of prize. It doesn't really give anyone else a chance!
For comparison, this game has a prize fund of £10,000 and there are 20 x £100, 100 x £15, 500 x £5 and 2500 x £1 as well as the 2 x £1,000 winners so 3,122 prizes in all.
Whereas Topcashback has a prize fund of £15,000 including 5 x £100, 10 x £20, 15 x £10, 150 x £5, 2,400 x £1, 3,000 x 50p, 25,000 x 20p and 35,000 x 10p. = 65,431 prizes. Granted, the vast majority of them are under a pound but you still win "something". Plus the winner of the £1,000 prize jackpot could just as easily have found one bird as fifty, as it's not like you have to collect whole sets of treats to be eligible!5 -
I have won £6 on this and I'd rather have 3120 chances to win a prize of £1 or more excluding the 2 £1,000 prizes (Quidco) than just 2580 chances to win £1 or more excluding the 1 £1,000 prize (TCB) (very little interest in prizes worth less than £1 unless they can be won multiple times). - raising the bar just a little bit higher Quidco has almost 3.5 times more prizes worth over £1 than TCB (620 to 180).

Fair enough, but I still think that the prize tier system is unfair. Imagine for example if the only way you would be eligible to win the £50k Cash Register competition on the radio was if you had already won £100, £1000 and £10000 with them!4
