Online banking with multiple payment verification

I'm trying to find a bank that offers online banking which allows double verification of payments made on-line. ie: person #1 logs in with their password and posts a payment to be made, then person #2 logs in with their password to verify it and confirm the payment. Any ideas? Thanks.

None of the personal current accounts have this functionality. You might be able to find a charity or community account which does what you want.1

I agree a Business account has that facility.
Can we ask why you need this?0 -
This sort of account is available for free if you want it for a charity or community group. See, for example, https://www.lloydsbank.com/business/retail-business/current-accounts/treasurers-account.html0

Someone else has reported that Lloyds are not currently taking applications for this account as it needs to be opened in Branch, and they are not making appointments for this at present. Similar is probably the case at other banks.0

Thanks all. It is for trustees of a pension scheme, so that a trustee can pay bills as long as it counter-signed by the administrator. At the moment a cheque has to be raised and then sent to the administrator for counter-signing before sending on to the payee. A pain in the a*** all round! Thanks1

Next question then - what will the turnover be?
Less than £50k then a Treasurers account might suit - if its more then it might have to be a Business account with charges to be taken into account once the free period is over.0 -
Which bank does the pension scheme hold a bank account.
Is there a linked business that banks with the same bank?
The reason I ask is that many banks have more than one electronic banking service. Those aimed at larger businesses usually offer dual authorisation by default, but the service comes with a monthly fee.
If there is a linked business that already uses such a service, you may be able to piggy back off their system for a reduced price.

The turnover is over £50k pa and the current account is with NWB and not linked to a business. Thanks.0
