Hi just a quick question if my disqualification is expired for code TT99 Totting up and it says expired on my license i don't have to declare it anymore do I?

If your insurance asks you if you have active points that is different to them asking if you had points in the last 5 years. You have to be honest on these things.1

What do they ask...? Five years...? So be honest.
If it makes no difference, it won't affect your premium.
If it does make a difference, then you really don't want them to find out. And they will.0 -
You will be asked if you have ever been disqualified, so you will have to disclose for a while. But you need to read/listen to every question that is asked and answer honestly to be safe.0

The rehabilitation period for a driving disqualification is the length of the disqualification. However if you are disqualified from driving as you normally get an endorsement which either is the reason for an instant ban or ban under totting up it's basically 5 years if the ban is less than that.
