I am really frustrated with NW insurance services.
I send then two claims, filled in their forms, submitted all the documents back in June.
No progress until today, when they have sent me two identical e mail. No indication of what "information or documents" they want.
I guess their plan is to stall, delay and be deliberately vague so that I give up or they can close the case claiming I did not provide whatever(?).
It is really obvious that NW have done absolutely nothing to progress either claim. I am pleased to report, Ryanair & Exoticca Travel respectively have already refunded these two claims.

Hi missile,
It looks like it will have be a phone call to them.
Also, be carefull as you posted the link to your claim and it can be misused.

Thanks for your comments.
I am not going to reply to NW. I have already received refunds from the travel providers.
Not concerned about the link. It only takes you to a webpage where you can load up documents. Gives zero info that could be used to identify me."A nation's greatness is measured by how it treats its weakest members." ~ Mahatma Gandhi

It would be fair, to close the claim. Otherwise, someone will have to waste time to chase it and check the status, and other people will be waiting. NW wasn't the fastest with processing my claim but they called me themselves to ask why I'm not providing all docs. I couldn't, as I was waiting for airline.

I might, if they provided an easy way to contact them. They do not provide an e mail address. Their e mails to me do not accept a response. I do not feel inclined to waste another 20+ minutes trying to phone them."A nation's greatness is measured by how it treats its weakest members." ~ Mahatma Gandhi

Perhaps they've ascertained that you've already received (some) reimbursement. A fact that you've failed to notify them of. As a consequence they are asking for you to resubmit your claim for any other losses incurred.missile said:

Are you attempting to commit fraud and are hoping that they'll pay out again for the full claim.
Fraud isn't advisable. Long term consequences will be severe.0 -
Don’t really understand what your complaint is tbh. You say you have been reimbursed so what is the problem? Of course insurers will try to ascertain if you have been down every route/avenue before they will entertain a claim. This is what they do. What is your gripe? Please don’t say you are being pedantic for the sake of being pedantic when the whole world is upside down! You have got your money hallelujah0

No they haven't. If they had sent me an e mail asking me to confirm, I would happily have done so. As previously stated "Please be aware this message is sent from an unmanned address, replies to this email will not be seen." I do not feel inclined to waste another 20+ minutes trying to phone them.Thrugelmir said:

I have no intention of committing fraud.
