My debit card company has asked for cancellation policy and terms and conditions, for a chargeback, but they are not available online
Anyone have these?

    I expect the bank want to see the T&C's to confirm that you were in fact eligible for and a due a refund. Most flights sold are not refundable so the bank likely need to check.

    Are the T&C's attached to your confirmation at all?

    I've replied in your other thread too. Maybe a moderator could merge your two threads...
