Win your Dream Home in Market Bosworth!
Once in Lifetime Opportunity that could change EVERYTHING...
Could it be you?

How would you feel if you won a fabulous Eco house in beautiful Market Bosworth worth £1.2million? With a Maserati thrown in too?

We're about to make someone elses's dream come true.. with this beautiful 5-bed  luxury Eco house in Market Bosworth worth over £1.2million AND a £85k Maserati!

The property has a futuristic design which subtly uses the gradient in the plot to part submerge the mass of the building. The living accommodation is lit by full height glazing and roof lights, all centred around a stunning central courtyard affording complete privacy and accessed by sliding glazed walls from both elevations. The floor layout is clever and the accommodation planned for convenience and easy living.

Hideaway was built by Nigel Salt whose dream had always been to build a state-of-the-art Eco Home for his retirement. So 63 yr old Nigel pulled out all the stops to turn his vision into a reality that he could spend the rest of his life in.

But having achieved his dream, COVID-19 lockdown happened. And shut away in his dream home for several months, he realised that he couldn't personally live in it! So "Hideaway" is being given away as a competition prize to some extemely fortunate person to love and enjoy.

The property is situated on the much revered Barton Road in the Historic Market Bosworth. The square is a short walk from the property, and boasts a full host of local amenities including doctors surgery, superb eateries, boutique shops, co-op store and a bank. There is also an excellent range of schooling with both independent and state options. Market Bosworth and the surrounding villages are quintessentially English, and there is an excellent local network of public houses, sports and leisure facilities and countryside walks on offer.

The net floor area extends to approximately 3600 square feet designing in at ground level an entrance platform leading to bedrooms four and five sharing a ‘Jack and Jill’ bathroom. Stairs lead down to a lower garden floor and gallery opening up into a most superb open-plan living space incorporating a reception room, dining space, luxury kitchen/breakfast area and family room. The domestic offices include a utility, cloakroom and pantry.

An Eco-Friendly Home.

* Waterproof concrete used to form slab and walls, underfloor central heating with a wet system was installed to ground and first floors
* Air recovery unit installed to save on heating bills and filter fresh air which runs throughout the entire house 24 hours a day
* Grass roof installed to conserve the loss of heat and is maintenance free
* Window, doors soffit and fascia installed in aluminium to make the house maintenance free
* Ash wood cladding has been placed to enhance the concept of the Eco house and is also maintenance free

With a £85K Maserati thrown in!

    1) Unlike yours, the link posted here is NOT a referral link. (MSE only allows referral links on the Referrals board)
    2) Your post was on the wrong board. (Postal entries do not go on the main Comps board & the free entry here is postal)
    3) Your post did not have an End Date at the start of the title.
Any one of these would make your post liable for removal from the main Comps board.
