Dry fix bonding gutter

I would really appreciate some advice please thank you . I live in a mid terraced house and have had a canopy and canopy apex built across the front of my house and above the front door . As the one neighbour and I shared a roof covering the canopy over our front doors the builder doing the work has installed a dry fix bonding gutter on the party line where the two roofs join but although my side looks fine on the join my next door neighbours side looks a mess as there is a gap showing under three rows of tiles and although I have been reassured that it’s water tight visually I am not happy to leave things as they are for my neighbour . I have also attached a photo. Could anyone tell me what they think please 0
