Well this morning it’s all fallen through. We called out the bluff/lies and there is no mortgage offer. So 4 lost months. I have no relationship with any broker. I just know what questions to ask. So back on the market and maybe lose the house we were buying.

The purchaser is the one you should have been maintaining pressure on. As it's their business. No one elses to know what's actually going on.0

The purchasers lied as well. But you always think the best of people so you keep believing their !!!!!!. We kept pressure on everyone. You live and learn. No more buy to let buyers0

I put offer on BTL on 15th July
approved subject to valuation
valuation 11th August
OFFER ISSUED THE SAME DAY
I completed last Friday - 18th Sep
9 weeks from start to finish !BTL are often faster - I do think they are stalling0
