Mortgage broker lying

You have zero power to find out whats going on. Your buyer should be pressuring the broker for the offer0

This is what is so frustrating. The provider is Mortgage works which is linked to Nationwide0

If you are not happy with the timescales here why do you not simply sell to someone else? Presumably there is a queue.I am a Mortgage Broker

You appear to have access to a lot more information than I would expect most vendors to have about a purchaser's mortgage arrangements. What is your relationship with this broker, if any?Maroldwoman said:So we have been waiting 3 months from survey. We have a screen print that survey was done (from mortgage broker) but he won’t give a screen print of approval to the estate agent. We are just thinking of pulling out.

Well this morning it’s all fallen through. We called out the bluff/lies and there is no mortgage offer. So 4 lost months. I have no relationship with any broker. I just know what questions to ask. So back on the market and maybe lose the house we were buying.

The purchaser is the one you should have been maintaining pressure on. As it's their business. No one elses to know what's actually going on.0

The purchasers lied as well. But you always think the best of people so you keep believing their !!!!!!. We kept pressure on everyone. You live and learn. No more buy to let buyers0

I certainly wouldn't have been giving you screenshots of client data. Seems odd, that's all.Maroldwoman said:Well this morning it’s all fallen through.
