I moved in about a year after development was handed over to the management company and PPM took over our car park 'security' about a month afte we moved in. In fact, when we moved in, there were no parking permit information signs anywhere. As far as I know, there has not been any consultation and we were not given an opportunity to 'opt-out'. I will contact our management company to see if they ever carried out the consultation and what was the outcome of it.
Regardless, there is no permit requirements in my lease agreement.1 -
