Maybe all this chat has generated some good karma? Just had a call from one agent with a viewing for later this week. Thanks for the positive vibes.7

Its a lovely apartment in a great setting, with a couple of less desirable features, and I feel for you.
We live in a rather 'marmite' house and have loved it for 20 years. My husband fell for it when he drove up the very private drive and saw the backdrop of trees and small lake (in the distance & not ours) and we've done a lot to it over the years. However, we know it appeals to a limited market and we had no offers and only a handful of viewings when we tried to sell it 3 years ago.
We put it back on at the end of July and had 10 viewings within 3 weeks, followed by 2 identical offers on the same day, both increased to above asking price. It only takes one to fall for your apartment as you did and I really hope this is the one.1 -
Are you sure it wasn`t just the 40k price cut? LOL.Kacsa99 said:Maybe all this chat has generated some good karma? Just had a call from one agent with a viewing for later this week. Thanks for the positive vibes.0
