Hi I am not really sure what to do. We were due to fly to Ibiza on the 1st August only for 48 hours to visit friends. I booked through Lastminute and the flights were with Jet2 and BA. The out flight with Jet2 was cancelled. I contacted last minute who said I should contact Jet2 for a refund which i did, however Jet2 refunded lastminute not me. I do understand this as my contract was with lastminute not Jet2. I have had confirmation from Jet2 that the money was sent to lastminute on the 1st August. I have contacted lastminute but just get fobbed off, it is insane that I know they have my money yet they won't refund me. 
The BA flight wasn't cancelled, I didnt expect anything back however I have already received a coucher directly from them. 
I can't seem to speak to anyone helpful at lastminute! 
Please can someone help?

    Doubt it. “Cheap” will win out and people forget quick enough.
  • I also need help with a LM refund.
    To keep it brief..I booked an easyjet flight via LM. Easyjet have refunded LM and I can't get LM to even engage with me. On Twitter they refer you back to their website..no help..On occasions I've spoken with them over phone..they say they will back and never do..they don't reply to emails.
    I paid via PayPal they can't help as 180 days have passed.
    Any ideas please
