‘Search for a Disney Super Fan Family’ on Heart Network, September/October 2020

RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Search for a Disney Superfamily’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 21.09.20 to 01.10.20 on Heart (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.heart.co.uk and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:01am on Monday 21st September 2020 and close at 09:00am on Thursday 1st October 2020.
4. To enter, entrants must use the text box provided to tell us why their family are Disney Super Fans and what they love about Disneyland.
5. From all entries received, one entry will be selected as our winner of the Main Prize (see Main Prize below) by Heart based on the following criteria – fun, feel-good and showcasing good knowledge of Disney. This decision will be made by Heart and will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
6. Any entries that are deemed rude, offensive, illegal, condoning dangerous behavior or are deemed not appropriate for Heart’s family-friendly audience will be excluded from the competition.
7. Our winner will be will be contacted on the details they supplied upon entering and will be required to talk to the presenter(s) on Friday October 2nd either live on-air, or a call may be recorded with the presenter(s) and then later played on-air. If the selected Entrant fails to answer a call, is driving at the time of the call and unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated, and another Entrant will be selected by Heart based on the criteria above. This decision will be made by Heart and will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
8. Upon coming to air, the selected winner will then have the chance to win three Additional Prizes (see ‘Additional Prizes’ below.)
9. The winner will have to three questions to answer.
10. If they get question 1 correct, they will win Meal Vouchers for four (4) people for the two (2) night stay.
11. If they get question 2 correct, they will win One (1) VIP guide for one (1) day.
12. If they get question 3 correct, they will win £500 spending money.

Eligibility:

13. The entrant must be aged 18 or over.
14. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the competition.
15. Entrants must hold a valid passport.

Main Prize:

16. Disney will provide one (1), two (2) night, three (3) day holiday package to Disneyland Paris.

Terms:
Any costs incurred in addition to the Prize Trip elements listed above shall be incurred at the prize winner’s and/or their guests’ expense including but not limited to: UK transfers, alcoholic beverages, telephone charges, room service, laundry service, excursions, tips, souvenirs, and any other incidental expenses. Travel insurance is not included but is recommended.
 
The holiday must be taken between 1st January – 30th September 2021 and all date requests are subject to availability. The booking form must be received back a minimum of 30 days out from preferred travel dates. Departure date and accommodations are subject to availability. Certain restrictions and block out dates may apply. Arrival dates between 22nd December 2020 and 1st January 2021 are excluded.
 
The winner and all of their guests must travel at the same time on the same routing. Any children in the group must be accompanied by their parent/legal guardian aged 18 or over
 
Winners are responsible for their own passport and visa requirements.
 
Age and height restrictions may apply to some attractions. Parks, attractions and/or entertainment may change operating hours or be closed due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events and may otherwise change or be discontinued without any notice and without liability to Disney.
 
Prize Trip package and all elements within may not be sold, traded, transferred, rescheduled to dates not within the fulfilment period set forth above, or refunded.
 
Disney Destinations International reserves the right to substitute elements of the Prize Trip package at any time. There is no alternative prize and the Prize Trip cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
 
ADDITIONAL PRIZE:
 
17. Meal Vouchers for four (4) people for the two (2) night stay. Full details of which will be supplied upon booking.
18. One (1) VIP guide for one (1) day enabling unlimited access to selected attractions and shows with FASTPASS and assistance with reservations for restaurants and shows.
19. £500 cash. This will be provided by Global and sent via bank transfer.
