Talk talk stitch up! Help!

I signed up for Talk Talk. I paid £49.99 for the connection fee and for a wireless router, all arrived very quickly. I then tried to set up the wireless connection to no avail! I contacted the help line and got told that in order to get the network key I would have to pay more money to call the geek team and get it! This is a hidden charge that they do not advertise in the whole set up process and is a cheek! Has anybody else had this problem and does anyone know a way round this hidden charge to be able to get the network key to allow wireless connection?

Cheers

Network Keys are usually on a sticker on the underside of the router. If not, just use your own: https://www.grc.com/passwords.htm0
