Refund Sightseeing Pass NYC

Hi there,
Does anyone have any idea how I can obtain a refund for NYC Sightseeing Passes which I have their optional insurance for? In total costing around £400. I have had numerous emails delaying the process and just when I tried to give my IBAN for it to be processed, my final email failed to send on the thread that has been active for a few months and it seems to have been blocked!

I’m in the UK and also tried calling to no avail. I actually used this same company when my family and I last visited NYC but I’m now appalled to see so many recent reviews on trustpilot stating similar experiences since the pandemic.
I just don’t know how to get my money back when they’re across the Atlantic! 😩
