Park home purchase

hi guys hope you can help, selling my current home and wanting to buy a park home....,unfortunately i will be short of 40k to purchase the park home so as i know that banks don't give mortgages for park home what are my options? i will have 80% of the purchase price and will need just the 20%. thanx

They seem to sell quite well round here. Popular with elderly and divorcees with limited budget who would rather have somewhere detached than live in a flat or on a really grotty estate. Wouldn't be my first choice but if it was a choice between grotty flat or parkhome then I would certainly consider one.
