Hey guys,
Has anyone heard of this company, my mother has seemingly signed up to a £200/y direct debit with them for boiler services. They have a perfect review score on trustpilot but that seems to be people who have worked with them not taken services

Over the years there have been loads of schemes for Boiler service/repair and virtually all of them have been either very expensive or a straightforward scam.

I have no knowledge of the Heating Plan but I would advise the OP to carefully examine the small print of any agreement to see just what the £200 covers. see hundreds of complaints about 24/7 home rescue re 'exclusions!

I note that their offices are on the 4th floor of 169 Picacadilly - a prestigious London address where you can rent a 'virtual office' for £45 monthly to 'allow you to work from home, whilst conveying the right business image to potential clients in London and around the World.' https://www.virtual-headquarters.com/hq/mayfair-virtual-office-address-london/

They very clearly will engage the sevices of a local gas fitter for the service, and most local fitters will charge between £50 and £100 for a service.

P.S. Trustpilot reviews are just a joke.
