Local Lockdown

I am now looking for a week away abroad, in a location that i am allowed to travel to. I am aware i will be covered by my travel insurance for Covid, but i am not sure what the situation would be, if my area was put into local lockdown. The holiday would still go ahead, but i would be unable to travel. Would the company, probably Jet2 or Tui, say there is nothing they could do, or are they likely to agree to move my holiday. Equally is this something my insurance company is likely to help with. As anyone actually experienced this situation.
Thanks

Plenty of people would likely just ignore it and go anyway, especially if the only option is to go on it or lose the entire holiday and get no refund, there are no police roadblocks stopping everyone. Nudge nudge wink wink.1

Whether you can travel or not during a local lockdown will depend on where you live, as the rules in England are quite different to the rules in Scotland, for example.1
