I have a question I’ve got a flight to Tenerife with Ryanair today.
i have to isolate on my return in one week but my employer.
has said I won’t get paid so I’m not going.
can I get a refund from Ryanair .

Ryanair flights are non refundable - unless they cancel the actual flights
You should be able to pay to change your flight dates (may not be worth it depending on costs) or check if your travel insurance covers not travelling based on FCO advice0
