    You will have received a statement on your journal about 1 week before you received the £756 and this will tell you all the elements you're entitled to, your partners earnings and the deductions.

    You need to look in the payments section. There should be a statement in there. Even for months in which no payment was made there should be statements showing why nothing was payable. 

    if you do ring them tomorrow I suggest you have details of your partner’s earnings to hand.
