PIP Review advice, best approach to filling the form and can answers be printed?

Hi, I received a PIP review form and would like a little advice on the best approach to filling it out, and if I'm doing it the correct way that they are expecting.
I have typed out a response to each activity in detail, like on the initial claim form, even if things are the same or very similar I've still written everything I can't do, require assistance with or struggle with.
The form say's "It is time to review you award" on the front and the question pages have 3 small boxes labelled,
I'm just confused on if they want to know all the information again or if they only want the basics on what has changed and refer to my original claim form?
Also would I be able to print the responses and attach them to the back of the form and state in the answer box to refer to a particular page number, or do I have to start writing the answer in the small box and continue on a hand written piece of paper and attach it to that particular page?
Thank you for any advice.

Tell us if something has changed and approximately when.
Tell us how you manage this activity now, including the use of any aids that you need.
Tell us about any changes to the help you need or the help you get from another person.
The example answers are quite brief, so is this what they want, I only write a short description in all the boxes, or do I refer to the page with a detailed response like I provided on the PIP2 form? The detailed response covers how I'm currently managing the activity, what aids I use and what help I get/need.Tell us how you manage this activity now, including the use of any aids that you need.

I've not been through it myself but the advice I've always seen is to almost treat it like a new claim, so the detailed responses will serve you best.
Edit: forgot about your other question. Also would I be able to print the responses and attach them to the back of the form and state in the answer box to refer to a particular page number, orYes you can do this0 -
Treat it as a new claim and give as much relevant information as possible, without telling them your life story. Then add a couple of recent real world examples of what happened the last time you attempted that activity for each descriptor that applies to you. Also put who you were with, where you were and a detailed description of what exactly happened. If you need to use extra paper then do that, printing it out is fine but make sure you add your name and NI number to everything you send.0

Absolutely treat it like a new claim, if you need to add additional pages don't forget to put your N.I number and full name on each sheet, also make sure you post it back 10 days before its due and get proof of posting (don't send registered post)0

Brilliant, thank you all for the replies. I will continue to fill the form with as much relevant information as I can.
