1. Entrants must reside in mainland UK, over 18 and not employees (or members of their families) of Freddie's Flowers or KitchenAid. They must also not be connected to anyone associated with the draw.
2. By clicking the checkboxes you are agreeing that you are willing to receive future correspondence from Freddie's Flowers and KitchenAid.
3. Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. All entries will automatically become the property of Freddie's Flowers and KitchenAid..
4. Three selected winners will win two prizes: matching Stand Mixer and Blender provided by KitchenAid. Plus 24 boxes of Freddie's Flowers, delivered one per week for 24 consecutive weeks, to a single address of the winner's choosing. If delivery cannot be taken for any reason during the 24 week period, that week's delivery cannot be reclaimed at a later date.
5. Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw. Incomplete entries and entries from third party agents or bulk entries will not be eligible for the prize draw. Freddie's Flowers and KitchenAid will not be responsible for any entries that are not received by the closing date, whether lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise, and whether or not due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions.
6. Entry to the prize draw is free. No purchase necessary.
7. Prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative will be offered.
8. The winners of the prize draw will be selected at random on 27/09/2020.
9. The winners will be notified by email after the draw. If a winner cannot accept the prize for any reason or is not contactable within 48 hours then Freddie's Flowers and KitchenAid reserves the right to award their prize to another entrant.
10. Freddie's Flowers and KitchenAid's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
11. The prize winner agrees to the use of his or her names and addresses and/or photographs for publicity/promotional purposes. No additional compensation will be awarded for such publicity/promotional purposes.
12. Freddie's Flowers and KitchenAid will provide the prize but accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever in relation to any matter arising out of this competition or the enjoyment of the prize.
13. Freddie's Flowers and KitchenAid reserve the right to withdraw or amend without notice this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
