Especially as that comes to £1,040,000 in a year!The government in the UK doesn’t tell people how much they can spend, on anything. If you are earning £1m per year, and decide to spend £20k per week on caviar and Champagne, then that’s up to you.

The 2 of us spend about £45 a week on food for both of us. And even then, all the unhealthy extras like crisps & ice cream is all hers. On my own I could easily eat healthily for under £20 a week.2 -
