Travelodge Room Question

We have used travelodges loads for cheap 2/3 night breaks. Booked Bournemouth Seafront travelodge for October 23rd-26th. We are two adults but mother and daughter. To enable us to book a family room, we always book one adult one child. We did that for Bournemouth but didn't double check and realised we have been given a double room so one double bed. As much as I love my mum, sharing a bed is just not going to happen. Tried to amend online and they want over £160 more! Same when I rang.

So now I'm wondering, does anybody know if the double rooms have the trundle beds underneath like them family rooms? If so I'll just take my own bedding. If not, I'll just have to take an airbed.

Could you call up the hotel directly & ask them?

There is no direct number, just a general phone number. Tried that and they say we can amend the booking but will have to pay £160 more.
