Ryanair return flight changed

Hi 
We had a flight booked to Spain with Ryanair at Easter which was cancelled. We decided to use the money from those flights to re book for September.
Yesterday we had an email to say our return flight has been cancelled and they have changed us to a flight 2 days later ! The email says that we can apply for a refund for the flights but the link does not work and we cannot get through on the phone.
It also says that if we do not apply for the refund before the flight leaves we will not get one !!! Not sure what to do now 
Any help would be appreciated
