Tulleys Farm no Refunds for Shocktober, Against the Law?

I cannot beleive that this is Lawful. They have cancelled and not offering refunds. Never had tickets in hand to check the T&C's so don't know if this is just because of Covid, AFTER the event.

They are allowing tickets to be used next year. Don't think thats unlawful

Those terms are not very favourable to the guests anyway.0
