Hi im selling a house all is going smoothly but today received question from buyers solicitors asking to provide consent under restrictive covenants we bought our house 8 years ago 7 years ago i built summer house under permitted development witch apparently falls under covenant as it says nor to make any external alterations ,nor erect any buildings the house we bought from previuos owners who bought of housing trust But my solicitor when we bought didn't advised of any restrictions. can i get some kind of insurance or request from housing trust to remove this covenant ?

25sqm internal size 2.4 H with utilty room. tv room ,sauna, all electrics certificate present.
