Second Letter of Claim from BW Legal? Huh?!?

I left a few comments - there are hundreds of sections on that BSI site!
BW Legal finally acknowledged receipt of the SAR and are saying that my account will not be suspended from further collections activity. Surely they have to provide the information requested before their process can move forward?1 -
BWLegal are famous for not providing such info. It is to their detriment though as judges do not like such ignorance. They completely fail to explain the fake £60 add-on. Well, they have tried to explain, something to do with the code of practice which is nonsensicalheroicsatsuma said:I left a few comments - there are hundreds of sections on that BSI site!

It is after all THEIR CLAIM and they must prove it. That is why understanding what happens to them in court is very important ....

If you think that a solicitor has acted unprofessionally complain to the SRA.

They do not have to do anything bar the 30 day delay whil ey ou seek debt advice
No real use in sending a SAR to the solicitor, it tells you nothing much of use, and a SAR to the PPC gives you everything.1 -
Remind them that, although you deny any debt exists, you are seeking debt advice, and under paragraph 4.2 of the Pre-Action Protocol for Debt Claims, they must delay activity for thirty days.heroicsatsuma said:BW Legal ... are saying that my account will not be suspended from further collections activity.1 -
Only if you told them that you were seeking 'debt advice'. Well, did you? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Ah I seemed to have screwed this up from the get go - so I need to send the SAR to the parking company, TPS in this case and seeking debt advice to BW Legal - OK I'll get on with that thennosferatu1001 said:

So what happens next should I be expecting a letter to attend court? I have to move soon and I can see what's going to happen - I'm going to miss one of these bleeding letters and I'm going to get a CCJ by default.0

You just inform the PPC/solicitor/court of your new address for service as from DD/MM/YY. Also the Royal Mail do a redirection service.0
