We booked a 10 night AI holiday to
go to Turkey on March 10th till 20th. Due to COVID19 we were sent home on the 17th 7 days into our holiday. We booked through a local travel agent to go with Jet2. We have had no money back from Jet2 and every time we ask the travel agent they reply that they are looking into it. I contacted Jet2 directly but they would not or couldn't help because we booked through a 3rd party travel agent also my insurance said that we weren't entitled to any compensation through our insurance . Were still out of pocket....would like advise re what to do next to get our money back for the missed 3 nights ...???
