Driving through high risk areas in France

Hello, I have a self drive holiday booked for Germany commencing next week. I am taking the car using the tunnel to get to mainland Europe. I am then driving direct from the train terminal in Calais to Germany. I have done this trip many times and am comfortable there will be no need to stop anywhere before entering Germany. I am effectively 'sealed' within the car from UK to Germany.
Until this week it was fine. However Germany have now added the region Calais is in to their high risk list. I am struggling to get any information regarding whether transit through this area is allowed. All websites in Germany and France refer to staying and if so require quarantining on arrival in Germany. Or arrival into Germany is presumed by flying. I can't find anything about foreign nationals arriving into Germany by car except about citizens from neighbouring countries.
Does anyone have any knowledge and able to clarify if transiting through Haut de France is ok? Or whether merely driving in the region is enough to require quarantine?
Thank you for your time reading.

There is no passport control between France and Germany to my knowledge, how would they know you were in Calais? Nudge nudge, wink wink.1

Thanks bradders1983. When you come off the shuttle and arrive in France you have to sign a sworn affidavit that you don't have Covid 19. This can be found on the French government website arrivals into France. German police are randomly stopping vehicles in their border area and if stopped we will need to show our means of entry, when we entered where we are staying and potentially evidence our journey, this is the hard bit. How can we prove we didn't stop?
As it happens we have heard back from the German government who say merely being in a risk zone regardless of not stopping and passing through is enough to quarantine for 14 days.
On the German government website there is a letter in English explaining this. Unless we can drive in a very long and roundabout way through France avoiding the risk areas as defined by the Robert Koch Institute there is currently no easy way to drive to Germany. These risk areas are updated every Tuesday and it's almost certain the current permissible areas will become risk areas. As our holiday isn't due to commence until later in the week it is very unlikely we will be driving.
We are now looking at alternatives.0 -
Is there a car ferry to Holland or Belgium, is that an option? No idea if Holland/Belgium is on the German naughty list though.1

Buying ferry ticket to Holland will be very expensive. I would just drive and not bother with restrictions. No one asks about any forms when entering France by Eurotunnel.
This page says staying, not driving through: "Upon entry into Germany following a stay in a risk area" and "A stay in a risk area means a stay in the area concerned at any point within the 14 days prior to entry." https://www.auswaertiges-amt.de/en/einreiseundaufenthalt/coronavirus
