Far too little info to give a meaningful answer, but if you have a flight only booking with a budget airline, the answer is usually yes.

I am travelling to Egypt in December I booked a package holiday with On The Beach and fly with EasyJet. I believe you have to have health insurance and a negative Covid test that is less than 72 hours old to enter the country and it’s near impossible to get insurance0

I am in Egypt.
It changed yesterday to 96 hours before arrival.
If you fly to Hurgada, Sharm el Sheik or Marsa Alam, you don't have to have a test done in the UK.
You can have it done at the airport on arrival for $30.0
