OPODO - Requested £1000 worth of Emirates flights refunds

Hi guys and gals, looking for suggestions on how to proceed.
Requsted a refund for £1000 or so worth od refunds for Emirates flights from Opodo on 27th April 2020. Still haven't received any money. I have been in touch with the bank to proceed with a chargeback. Is there anything else people would recommend I do.
I have already called Opodo over 50 times and wasted probably north of 40 hours on the phone!

might be worth a quick call to Emirates to confirm if they have passed the refund to Opodo...then you will know for sure where the hold up is...if Opodo are sitting on your refund or if they are still waiting on it from the airline

Emirates refunds really got going in July and as your booking was for April, I suspect it was one of the first paid but check and then demand a chargeback on the basis that Opodo were contracted to collect and repay you, and they have failed the second task!
