ledger statements & gone away marker on bank account

Barclays sent me the wrong statements in two batches of statements because a gone away marker was placed on my account as I did not update my address when I moved address. They then sent me ledger statements. Recently it happened again as they sent me the wrong statements twice even now at an executive level over email but yet wont send me the ledger statements they sent last year. Can anyone advise , what is a ledger statement ?

They will not send me it and now they have done it again. They actually credited my account previous year of £125 for sending the wrong statements. but I did not accept this monies. I was inside a psychiatric hospital.

A ledger statement is just a copy of the statement.
