I’m sorry to hear this, but KeithP is correct, you must insist your employer ensures they are all cancelled...4

AS ABOVE , GET THE MANAGEMENT OR LANDOWNER TO SORT IT OUT ASAP AND GET THEM ALL CANCELLED !!if necessary , email a SAR to the DPO at SMART parking to get all the documents , data and detailsyour employer was responsible for getting the exemption for you, it was beyond your controland stop telphoning debt collectors, it wont help and will only upset you, no good can come of it as all they want is the figures on their letetrs, in GBP, nothing else will do, they cannot sort it outso get complaining and get it sorted by the employer or landowner asapnever phone the debt collectors4

But It be ok i hope I just been struggling to sleep lately because of this and just wanted to discuss. As I cant bother my manager every hour when it plags on my mind lol can you believe the cheek also smart parking telling me its not there problem anymore as well and I have to contact the debt recovery to “appeal” !

Complain to the BPA as well. This week!
Do this by email to Steve Clark, and copy in your MP and ask your MP to alert the MHCLG who are currently consulting on rogue car parking operators. Copy in your boss as well, and whoever runs the retail park (the landowner/agent, not the store).
All in the same email so they can all see what is being said and to whom.

Have you read this?
"I am sick and tired of receiving emails from people complaining about the behaviour of parking companies, telling me that they will never again visit Perth city centre because of the negative experience they had when they had the misfortune to end up in a car park operated by one of these companies. I have received more complaints about one car park in the city of Perth than about any other issue. That car park is operated by the lone ranger of the parking cowboys: the hated and appalling Smart Parking—I see that many other Members are unfortunate enough to have Smart Parking operating in their constituencies. It has reached the stage where one member of my staff now spends a good part of each day just helping my constituents and visitors to my constituency to navigate the appeals process.
…
The BPA does not have the ability to regulate these companies and has shown no sign whatsoever that it is trying to get on top of some of the sharper practices. The BPA gives a veneer of legitimacy to some of the more outlandish rogue operators by including them in their membership, allowing them to continue to operate. The Bill will oblige operators such as Smart Parking to amend their practices.Have you complained to your MP?
