The benefit of trying to reach agreement on a fair method of distribution with all beneficiairies, rather than just the executors deciding, is that it should reduce the risk of family disputes.Brynsam said:You're one of the two executors. Rather than going down any of the routes above (which I fear could run and run), perhaps the executors could make a decision on what they believe to be fair and then just follow through?
